Warranty

1. Warranty & Technical‑Support Overview

• Standard warranty is included. Extended‑warranty packages are available upon negotiation.

• 24‑hour remote technical support and software fault diagnosis are provided.

• Final warranty terms shall follow the signed sales contract.

2. Fault‑Handling Procedure

• When failure occurs, please supply fault codes, photos, videos and on‑site records. Our team will perform remote troubleshooting first for software, communication, earthing and grid‑matching issues.

• If remote repair fails and the defect is confirmed as factory‑caused within warranty, replacement spare parts will be arranged after part‑model verification.

• Low‑value accessories may be scrapped locally with proper records. High‑value core components must be returned to China via consolidated sea freight.

• Local spare‑part installation shall be completed by the buyer. On‑site service by our engineers will incur separate travel‑related charges.

3. Freight & Cost Division (Valid warranty cases)

• We cover one‑way shipping cost for replacement spare‑parts from China.

• Local import duties, customs fees and return freight of defective components are borne by the buyer.

4. Warranty Exclusions

Free warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, human error, lightning, grid voltage surges and external physical damage. Charged repair service can be offered for these cases.

A: The chargers are fully compatible with OCPP 1.6J protocol and can seamlessly connect with various third-party overseas charging operation platforms and supporting APPs to meet the requirements of intelligent operation and maintenance overseas.

Q4: Do you supply spare parts for after-sales maintenance?

A: We provide full-range core spare parts for our chargers at cost price on an ongoing basis. A certain proportion of after-sales spare parts can be arranged upon request for bulk orders.

Q5: Can exclusive distribution rights be granted for specific markets?

A: Yes. A regional exclusive distribution agreement can be signed, specifying annual sales targets, price protection policies and dedicated market support terms.

Q6: Is every unit fully inspected before delivery?

A: Key components are inspected before assembly. After full assembly, every charger undergoes complete performance testing to ensure quality before shipment.

Q7: What is your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?

A: 2~5 units can be accepted as samples for testing. The MOQ for formal bulk orders is negotiable.

Q8: What is your standard production lead time?

A: Our 180kW charging unit has a standard lead time of 20–30 working days after deposit payment. For bulk purchases or custom configuration requirements, we will reassess and confirm the delivery schedule. We maintain ongoing production updates and organise shipment as soon as the chargers are completed.

Q9: What trade terms and customs clearance support can you offer?

A: Quotes for the 180kW charging unit are available under EXW, FOB from major Chinese ports, CIF to receiving ports and worldwide DDP door-to-door delivery. Final pricing depends on your delivery location and order volume. We can issue all required customs documents: commercial invoice, packing list, CE certificates and test reports to simplify customs clearance.

Q10: What payment terms do you accept?

A: Our standard term is 50% T/T advance payment upon order confirmation, and the remaining 50% balance before shipment. Flexible payment terms can be negotiated for long-term exclusive distributors.
